I will work on commissions sequentially based on the order clients are queued.

Please provide accurate and detailed references preferably a character sheet.

Not having a detailed character sheet will incur a 50$ design fee which is applicable if I will have to design your character or outfit details of the character.

Will draw: Humanoid characters, Detailed outfits, Props, suggestive character

Accepted but with additional fees for level of complexity: Furry, slightly mecha parts, pets, NSFW, dynamic poses

Won't draw: hate speech, political art, full mecha character, copied art styles from other media (e.g. ghibli, disney, another artist’s style)

I reserve the right to decline commissions I'm uncomfortable with taking whether it be due to insufficient skill level or difficulty with client.

Payment is due only after client approves the sketch.

Payments will be processed via PayPal invoices and will be priced in USD.

Clients may pay 100% upfront or half and half. 50% after the sketch is approved and 50% after the model art is finished. I will only proceed to rigging the character once everything is fully paid.

Clients have the right to request refunds 3 months AFTER deadlines if work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline. Strictly NO REFUNDS after colored sketch is approved and once the model art rendering is in progress.

Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to 3 months depending on each project and your slot in the commission queue

You may set a deadline to your commission and we will work around it if it is applicable to your slot in the queue

Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload. Client should plan launches and streams accordingly.

Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using email, Google Drive or similar file transfer tools, in PSD, JSON, PNG and JPG formats as applicable.

(.cmo) files are not included.

Commission files will be available for the Client to download for 2 months in my google drive. After 2 months, they will be deleted to allocate space for others.

One revision is allowed per item shown to the Client during the process.

After the sketch is approved, only minor revisions are allowed applicable when the artist is at fault (e.g. not accurately copying details, missing details, etc.)

Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.

Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

Communication will be done through Email or Twitter

Artist response time to inquiries may vary, up to 1hr to 3 days max.

Progress updates will be sent to you every 1-2 weeks once commission has started

Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.

Clients are allowed to use work for streaming, branding, social media exposure with NO extra fee

Use of work in merchandise production and selling physical goods requires a 50% commercial fee

Reselling your vtuber character as an adoptable is NOT allowed.

Client has permission to alter/recolor commissioned artworks through vtube studio settings or other perks in your chosen face-tracking software

Commissioned art is NOT to be used for NFTs/Generative image models.

Artist is allowed to stream or post the Work in Progress in either of the artists social media accounts unless a No disclosure agreement or NDA has been made.

NDA requires an extra fee of 75% of the total commission price as it prohibits artist to post or advertise or market their services for a period of time.
